Bring
Them In! Discover My Membership
Restoration
Christian Fellowship is a Non-denominational Christian Church purposed
to restore people to their rightful position in Christ.
Restoration
Christian Fellowship comprises the heartbeat of RCF Ministries.
This is the scarlet thread that runs through the entire ministry.
Everything in RCF Ministries flows out of the local body of Christ
that composes Restoration Christian Fellowship. Restoration Christian
Fellowships objective is to break down the walls of tradition,
denomination, and racism, in order to build up the body of Christ.
Our goal is to create a friendly, non-threatening, relaxed environment
where people can come together and have their spiritual needs met.
RCFs
strategy for maturing our members is to encourage them to
move around the four bases of commitment in a process known to us
as our "Assimilation Process". RCFs assimilation
process consists of four classes: Membership 101;
Maturity 201; Ministry 301; and
Missions 401. Life Development
is the Youth/Children component of Restoration Christian Fellowship.

Build
Them Up! Discover Spiritual Maturity
Maturity
201 strives to move the member towards a new level of personal and
spiritual maturity by teaching them how to study the Bible. The
objective of 201 is to qualify the member for a higher level of
ministry involvement. Maturity 201 will deal with the areas of personal
discipleship, stewardship of time, talent and treasure, the need
for healthy and Godly relationships, and the importance of maintaining
proper fellowship with other believers. As with Membership 101,
participants will be challenged to sign a Maturity Covenant at the
end of the course.
The maturity
team is responsible to build people up spiritually. This process
allows all new converts to complete a six-week Spiritual Survival
Class, and a series of discipleship classes. Everyone from this
point is encouraged to attend our doctrinal classes, which is followed
by our Experiencing God class. After the Experiencing God class,
individuals are allowed to enroll in our school of ministries, where
they can continue their lifelong maturation process. |

Train
Them For! Discover Your Ministry
Ministry
301 focuses on making each member a minister. In this class, issues
such as how do I identify my Spiritual Gift, and The Lordship of
Jesus are discussed. We will work with each member on a plan of
personal discipleship and ministry activity. In Ministry 301, we
will strive to identify areas of passion, giftedness and interest,
and we will assist the member in finding or creating a ministry
opportunity that uses his or her gifts most effectively. It is at
this point that the Ministry Development Process begins, and ministries
necessary to fulfill the vision of RCF are discovered. The Ministry
Development Process involves six steps.
- Attending
Ministry 301 Class
- Signing a
Covenant of Ministry
- Completing
a personal SHAPED profile
- Participating
in a personal interview for ministry placement
- Meeting with
a ministry leader who oversees the ministry of interest
- Being publicly
commissioned for ministry at RCF.
At RCF, we believe
that each and every person has been SHAPED for ministry by the sovereign
hand of God. SHAPED is an acronym for
- S
=> Spiritually Gifted
- H
=> Heart
- A
=> Abilities
- P
=> Personality
- E
=> Experience
- D
=> Destined
Members are
not limited to participation in the ministries that we currently
have functioning. At the conclusion of Ministry 301, if the member
has undergone the SHAPE evaluation and feels called and gifted to
start a new area of ministry, he or she is encouraged to do so.
With the freedom of beginning a new ministry comes three requirements:
Do not expect
the staff of RCF to run the new ministry. The new ministry must
be compatible with the vision, beliefs, lifestyles and philosophy
of ministry of RCF. No selling to generate funds is allowed at RCF.
The goal of the ministry team is to encourage "Every Member
to become a Minister". The ministries under the ministry purpose
are birthed out of gifts that are discovered within each member
of RCF. |

Send
Them Out! Discover Your Mission
Missions
401, is the final step in the assimilation process at RCF. This
base focuses on having a life-long commitment to missions, and sharing
our faith with others. At the end of this class, as with the other
classes there is also a missions covenant the member will sign stating
their commitment to being involved in missions work at RCF.
The Missions
team is responsible to support those ministries that will enable
the fellowship to carry out the mandate of the "Great Commission."
This team is responsible to equip the membership to fulfill their
life long mission of World evangelism. The philosophy here is begin
in Jerusalem (Denver/Aurora), then Judea (Surrounding communities),
then Samaria (USA), Then the other parts of the world. |

To
Worship The Lord! Magnification
The
magnification ministry team is responsible for corporate worship
services of RCF. Anything having to do with activities in the worship
center is done through and with the magnification team. This area
is also responsible to ensure that proper worship is taught in the
fellowship, and individuals within the fellowship develop an individual
worship lifestyle. The focus here is giving all glory to God.
