Providing permanent facilities to house the vision of RCF Ministries calls for ultimately building a mall type complex known as "The Dream Center" on several acres of land, or renovating an existing building to provide the facilities necessary to house our entire ministry. The ministries included in the Dream Center will be: RCF’s Worship Center; Operation Nehemiah and all the community service entities associated with Nehemiah, RCF’s Academy and Learning Center, RCF Bookstore, as well as RCF’s Recreation Center. The vision calls for the Dream Center to handle all the business operations, and ministries of the above mentioned entities. This includes: Our recording studios; business center, rehabilitation center; social service center; family center; A/V center for radio and television broadcast; book store; recreation center with a fully equipped gymnasium, weight room and other appropriate recreational equipment.

The plan calls for seeking the heart of God for his season and timing in building the Dream Center. The goal of RCF Ministries is to build this facility debt free, therefore construction will be done in several phases.
