Mission to
Vision?

| Our
strategy for carrying out our mission, and fulfilling our vision,
involves us following the purposes of church outlined in the
word of God: Membership, Maturity, Ministry, Missions, and Magnification.
All the ministries of Restoration Christian Fellowship are categorized
in one of these areas. |

Membership:
Bring them in! The membership area includes ministries
designed to reach our immediate community with the Gospel of
Christ, and bring people into the church. This relates to the
"Bring them in" component
of our mission.
Our
strategy involves us having the necessary ministry in place
to assist in meeting the needs of our community. This includes
sponsoring several events to bridge the gap between the church
and the community known as "Bridge Events".

Maturity:
Build
them up!
Within the maturity areas are ministries designed to build
the membership spiritually, physically, emotionally, socially,
educationally, and economically. This relates to the "Build
them up" component of our mission.
The
strategy calls for us building people up by affording them
the opportunity to become actively involved, or make use of
the ministries available in the maturity area.

Ministry:
Train them for! Ministries within this area are focused on
our membership realizing, developing and exercising their
spiritual gifts. This relates to the "Train them for"
component of our mission.
Our
strategy calls for members being shaped for ministry, then
participate in, or be allowed to start their own ministry
with the goal of being properly trained prior to being released.

Missions:
Send them out! Missions area is designed
to provide outreach opportunities to the community, city,
state, nation, and world. This relates to the "Send
them out" component of our mission.
Our strategy allows for members after being properly
trained for ministry to go out to the community, and surrounding
areas with the support of RCF to spread the word of God resulting
in people being brought in to the Kingdom of God.

Magnification:
To glorify God!
Within the magnification areas are ministries designed to
bring praise and glory to God. This relates to the "Glorify
God" component of our mission.
